핀켈슈타인은  1972년생으로 11세에  프라우치에게  기타를 사사했다.
1987년 니키타코시킨이  가르치는 모스크바 음악원에 들어갔다.

1995년 모스크바국제기타콩쿠르  우승.

1996년  벨기에  쁘렝땅 국제 기타콩쿠르  우승
현재는 모스크바 음악원 기타과 교수이자

모스크바 국제기타페스티발 운영자이다.
